Monte Alejandro Rubido, a renowned homeland and national security expert joins the Algotive team.
HOUSTON, Texas — Algotive today announced that Monte Alejandro Rubido, a renowned public, homeland, and national security expert, has accepted the company’s invite to become Senior Advisor to CEO.

Before joining Algotive, Rubido dedicated his career to leading Mexico’s most important law enforcement and national security agencies, serving under five consecutive Administrations. He was National Security Commissioner, a critical federal role that required and obtained Senate ratification among his past responsibilities. Rubido was also the Executive Secretary of the National Public Safety System (SNSP), an organization that is Chaired by the President of Mexico. He was the Head of Mexico’s most important investigation bureau (CISEN) for many years and for more than one term, an agency where he played a founding role since its inception in the mid-1980s.
Rubido graduated with a Law Degree from Mexico’s UNAM and has a postgraduate degree (DEA) from the Sorbonne Nouvelle in France.
